We’ll oversee the construction process from design and development through procurement, project implementation, and final close-out, all while keeping meticulous records of every decision, projection, and expense.

You’ll have a dedicated project manager with you throughout the pre-construction phase and another one for the construction phase. This separation of responsibilities allows our project managers to specialize in a way that they otherwise couldn’t while still providing you with a dedicated point of contact throughout the entire process, so you’re never left behind. Design-Build

Design-Build projects are among the least stressful ways you can possibly build a project. We become your singular point of contact and manage the designers and sub-contractors on your behalf. All you need to do is tell us what you need and how much you’re willing to spend. We’ll keep you informed of progress on your project and include you in any significant decisions, but otherwise, you don’t need to worry about it too much. We’re experts, and your project is in very safe hands.

Because you’re placing so much trust in us, this is one of the fastest ways to get a project completed since we’re making judgement calls on your behalf within the boundaries you’ve set. So long as you know exactly what you want, Design-Build is a very efficient way to complete a construction project.

Lumpsum

If you want absolute confidence in your budgeting for a project, Stipulated Lumpsum might be for you. Essentially, you come to us with a plan for your project, and we’ll quote you a fixed amount for what it will cost, including materials, labour, and any other fees, and that’s exactly how much you pay, regardless of what the actual cost of the project ends up being.

The only time that price might change is if you put in a change-order after we give you our quote, which means you get surety and peace of mind when it comes to your budget.
