BC Housing – Hardwood Manor Renovation

Project Description

This BC Housing funded project involved substantial civil upgrades to support the long-term functionality and safety of the site. A key component was a large-scale watermain upgrade, which required extensive trenching, excavation, and coordination with municipal services. At the rear of the property, a heavy-duty lock block retaining wall was constructed to manage grade changes and provide structural support. This wall was paired with a full drainage system to handle storm water effectively and protect the surrounding infrastructure. The civil work was completed with new asphalt paving throughout key access areas, enhancing site accessibility and usability.
