Project Description
This entire wood framed superstructure measuring at 65’x60 with a mezzanine level of 13’x 60’. This Design built project was completed on behalf of Northern Scale with Access Engineering acting at the CR. The initial stage was a complex civil portion consisting of full site servicing. Excavation work including ground clearing, site survey and site service installs were the start to lay ground for site foundation include concrete strip footings, foundation walls, pad footings and metal columns. Interior includes insulation, drywall, ceiling and paint, all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. The exterior façade included stunning corrugated metal siding, steel doors, aluminum windows and large overhead doors well. The final stage of this project was finished off with the construction of asphalt driveway and parking area as well as a storm detention pond. This project was completed in 12 months.
