Project Description
PRD was asked to facilitate this project with assistance in the design stage all the way to completion. This 4400 sqft renovation started with the demolition of the existing internal structure. New offices, boardroom, reception, and control rooms were included in this new space. Mechanical design utilized state of the art highly efficient furnaces for heating and cooling. Building modifications for new openings for windows & doors were incorporated into various space to give that space and fresh new look. This project was completed on time and under budget.
