Steve, a seasoned construction professional with over 35 years of experience across British Columbia, Steve worked in regions including Northern BC, West Kootenays, Lower Mainland and Thompson Okanagan. Starting as a laborer and advancing through to superintendent and project management roles, Steve brings a strong sense of constructability and practical leadership to every project. Known for his integrity, collaborative approach, and hands-on experience, Steve values hard work, team support, and being a strong role model at work and at home.

Steve offers common-sense solutions and values respectful collaboration with all stakeholders, from trades to consultants to AHJs. He leads with integrity, dedicating himself to both team success and client satisfaction.

Steve's career spans residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and civil projects across B.C., including work in Prince George, Fort St. John, Mackenzie, Fort St. James, McBride, Terrace, Kitimat, Quesnel, Kamloops, Vancouver, and the South Okanagan. His notable projects include the UNBC Laboratory Building, Dr. Ronald Rix NHSC, Hester Creek Estate Winery, Duchess Park Secondary, Sun Peaks Centre, Kitimat Modernization, and various dam restoration and tenant improvement projects.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys cooking, fishing, camping, and staying active with his spouse. He takes pride in supporting others, listening closely to their needs, and being a strong role model for his sons. For Steve, hard work is the foundation of strong relationships, both on the job and at home.
