He brings a distinctive blend of perspective, having served in local government, acted as an owner’s representative, and now thriving in a contractor leadership role. Since relocating to Prince George in March 2019, Tino has successfully managed and delivered over 100 million in capital projects across British Columbia. His multidisciplinary insight and proven track record ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Tino is a highly motivated and skilled strategist, who has expertise in all project phases ranging from scope definition and risk assessment to budget control, procurement, contract administration and successful completion. His most notable projects are, Prince Rupert RCMP Station, Vanderhoof Cultural Center, Wheelhouse Brewing Building Restoration, McLeod Lake Indian Band Community Wellness Center, Prince George Malaspina daycare, RDFFG Operations Center.
