PRD Construction completed a renovation and expansion project for Dr. Eugene’s clinic to improve functionality, patient flow, and support future growth. The project included converting offices into consultation rooms with sinks, reconfiguring washrooms, and making mechanical and electrical upgrades. The mezzanine was expanded and finished with new offices, a kitchen, and washrooms, along with the addition of a new staircase. A skylight was installed in the new roof structure to enhance natural lighting throughout the space. PRD also provided full design and construction services for a new two-storey building, seamlessly tied into the existing clinic to create a more efficient and welcoming environment.
