As the CEO and founder of PRD Construction Ltd., Paul brings together strategic business management and hands on project leadership to deliver high quality commercial, civil, and culturally significant builds.
With a foundation in business entrepreneurship and professional leadership, Paul has driven the sustained growth of PRD Construction since its inception.
