A former pub was completely transformed into a modern, professional office space for Wilson M. Beck through a full interior and exterior renovation. The project began with a complete interior demolition, followed by a full reconfiguration of the floor plan to support the operational needs of an insurance office. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were fully upgraded to meet current standards, and the exterior of the building was given a complete facelift to reflect the company’s branding and provide a strong street presence. The result is a clean, functional, and inviting workspace tailored to support both staff and clients.
