This project consisted of five individually constructed duplex buildings, totaling 12,000 square feet. Each single-storey, wood-frame structure was built on a concrete foundation to meet the growing need for accessible and affordable housing in partnership with the AiMHi – Prince George Association for Community Living.

The development includes durable Hardie exterior siding, professionally landscaped green spaces, and a paved asphalt parking area at the front of each unit. Designed and executed with efficiency and care, the entire project was completed within approximately 22 weeks.
