In Coordination with A & T Project Developments this tastefully designed superstructure was built on top of the existing concrete parkade. It is a single level 8500 sqft. wood framed building that includes an innovative and efficiently designed mechanical system. The buildings purpose is to function as a daycare and house over 50 children daily. The exterior is a multi color hardi panel façade with accents of fir timber framing and cobble brick. The landscaping is designed using decorative wood as a focal point. This project was built and finished on time in 9 months.
